What you will do
- Oversee IT hardware assets throughout their lifecycle, including forecasting, procurement, inventory management, replacement, and disposal.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve asset-management and governance issues.
- Coordinate with procurement vendors and maintain relationships associated with asset accounts.
- Forecast and maintain inventory for IT projects and business-as-usual operations.
- Develop and improve global processes, standards, procedures, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare presentations for teams and IT departments and provide guidance to less senior team members.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
- 3+ years of experience in asset management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal instruction.
- Commitment to incorporating security into daily decisions and responsibilities.
