What you will do

• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes for global business units.
• Prepare and post manual journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, and allocations.
• Manage general ledger transactions and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Analyze Cost of Goods Sold based on quarterly shipments and revenue recognition criteria.
• Partner with Financial Shared Services to review and adjust balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 0–2 years of relevant accounting experience (public, manufacturing, or corporate).
• Solid understanding of US GAAP fundamentals and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in North Reading, MA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Co-Pilot AI or You.com AI.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Interest in process automation, data analytics, and continuous improvement.
