What you will do

• Act as the primary on-site contact for Go-To-Market (GTM) executive briefings and events.
• Conceptualize, plan, and execute events including dinners, small receptions, and virtual briefings with C-level executives.
• Manage all event logistics, including meeting spaces, catering, venues, vendor sourcing, and audio/visual equipment.
• Partner with GTM leaders to develop plans, ensuring clarity on deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Maintain and update network and portfolio company contacts within Salesforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in event planning and execution.
• On-site presence required up to 5 days a week in Menlo Park or San Francisco.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Zoom.
• Knowledge of food and beverage arrangements, including sourcing, contracting, and budgeting.
• Ability to travel to US-based events as needed.
