What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day administrative functions and ensure strict compliance with corporate and regional processes.
  • Foster a safety culture by maintaining training logs and safety files, and coordinating annual fire drills and emergency plans.
  • Handle HR duties, including onboarding new hires, managing time and attendance, and coordinating disciplinary actions.
  • Supervise month-end branch accounting close and assist with AR, AP, and payroll tasks.
  • Oversee facility maintenance in coordination with the Branch Manager and landlord.
  • Manage vendor and subcontractor onboarding and documentation.

Requirements

  • College degree in business administration or at least 2 years of office management experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional office environment, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Working knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws (EEO, employee leave, anti-trust).
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with ERP platforms such as Oracle or SAP is strongly preferred.
