What you will do

• Manage Long Term Service Agreements for a BESS project portfolio, ensuring cost-effective and quality service delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day customer relations and issue tracking.
• Proactively investigate equipment logs (DAS) and troubleshoot routine problems following established policies.
• Coordinate, schedule, and manage approved contractors, including control of invoices and payments.
• Develop and implement project management plans and ensure necessary resource availability.
• Perform preventative maintenance and attend sites to investigate complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronics engineering (with 2+ years experience) or a Master’s degree.
• Fluent German (C1 or C2) and English proficiency.
• Valid driver's license.
• Safety and aptitude certifications according to industry standards.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
