What you will do

• Provide disciplinary and technical leadership to employees across multiple production segments.
• Manage and achieve daily KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People) while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Develop staffing and equipment schedules to optimize overall capacity utilization.
• Implement and further develop Lean Production methods such as Kanban, Kaizen, and 6S to increase efficiency.
• Monitor production costs and define strategic measures for cost reduction.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering to identify optimization potential and introduce new production processes.

Requirements

• Technical degree or vocational training as a technician.
• Several years of professional experience; leadership experience is highly desirable.
• Very good German and good English skills.
• Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and Power BI.
• Strong commitment to quality and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
