What you will do

• Support and develop a team of engineers, fostering a positive collaborative environment
• Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and system design
• Collaborate with teams across different time zones to achieve goals
• Manage daily tasks while aligning with long-term objectives
• Promote strong developer experience focusing on ease of use, performance, and reliability
• Identify challenges, remove obstacles, and clarify ambiguous tasks

Requirements

• 7–10 years of software engineering experience with 3–5+ years managing engineering teams
• Strong technical background in backend/platform fundamentals and ability to work at code level
• Proven experience designing and delivering complex distributed systems
• Track record of building and scaling high-performing teams
• Experience with developer tools, internal platforms, or productivity systems
• Strong stakeholder influence, communication skills, and ability to thrive in fast-moving ambiguous environments

Nice to have

• Grasp of frontend systems including JavaScript, React, and React Native
• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven workflows or developer tooling
• Background in performance profiling and developer ecosystems
• Skills in C# and .NET technologies
• Experience with low-level languages such as Rust and C++
