What you will do
- Optimize asset profitability and performance, primarily for BESS, including revenue optimization and risk mitigation.
- Manage defined workstreams for issue resolution, contractor oversight, and optimization initiatives.
- Coordinate incident management and analyze performance trends in collaboration with technical and energy market teams.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, optimizers, and O&M providers.
- Execute asset-level reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial valuation processes.
- Evaluate and execute optimization opportunities, such as augmentation strategies and contract refinements.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in a commercial, financial, or asset management role.
- Experience in energy, infrastructure, or renewables is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop practical recommendations.
- Knowledge of contractual frameworks like O&M and optimization agreements.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- High numerical and financial acumen regarding valuation drivers.
