What you will do

• Lead HGP investments alongside housebuilders and developers in private sale, BTR, co-living, student, and retirement living.
• Oversee build out and investment exits with development teams and advisers, holding to budgets and accountability.
• Analyze progress reports from advisors, ensure reporting integrity, and liaise with partners.
• Collate and analyze monthly MI from partners, visit sites to monitor build, sales/leasing, and performance; forecast income, loan repatriation, and profits.
• Support Investment Directors in spotting value opportunities and challenges, implementing strategies for optimal results.

Requirements

• Effective oral and written communication across levels and audiences.
• Strong internal/external partner management to deliver results.
• Build and maintain regional relationships with housebuilders, developers, advisors, and lenders.
• Strong numerical literacy, financial analysis including cash flow modelling.
• Negotiation, structuring/transacting skills, legal documentation.
• Valuation, costs, management diligence, asset management skills.
