Salary: $189,420 to $275,520 annually + 20% Target Incentive (varies by location: Irvine/San Diego $192,860–$241,080; San Francisco $220,410–$275,520; Seattle $189,420–$252,560).

What you will do

• Lead client engagements with CIO/CTO/CISO on multi-year platform strategy, investment prioritization, and architectural trade-offs.
• Design and govern enterprise AI Factory architectures integrating GPU compute, data platforms, orchestration, governance, security, and operating models.
• Drive business development, nurture C-level relationships, lead pursuit teams, contribute to proposals, and deliver technical demos.
• Provide solution delivery guidance, identify risks, and advise on trade-offs in innovation, performance, compliance, and cost.
• Contribute to practice development, mentor architects, define reusable patterns, and influence capability investments.
• Maintain expertise in emerging AI, data, and hybrid IT platforms through continuous learning.

Requirements

• 10+ years in business advisory/consulting in IT, with demonstrated experience in Data & Analytics, ML, and AI.
• Deep expertise in AI technologies, cloud, high-performance compute, data security, governance, and DevOps.
• Strong strategic advisory, business acumen, leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required (business/technology preferred); advanced degree beneficial; relevant AI/ML/IT certifications valuable.
• Experience presenting to C-suite, gaining trusted advisor status, and navigating solution landscapes in ML/AI/GenAI.
• Analytical, interpersonal, creative skills; ambitious, enterprising mindset; active learner recognizing patterns.
