What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI agent implementations and conduct architectural reviews to optimize performance, scalability, and security.
• Develop production-grade AI systems and high-impact code using Python, LangGraph, and LangFuse.
• Architect sophisticated, stateful, multi-agent workflows ensuring enterprise-level reliability and scale.
• Champion AI observability by integrating LangFuse for deep tracing, prompt versioning, and rigorous evaluation.
• Define organization-wide engineering blueprints for RAG architecture, advanced tool-calling, and prompt engineering.
• Benchmark new LLM providers and orchestration frameworks to keep the technical stack at the cutting edge.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in cloud computing architecture, software engineering, or technical consulting.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML platform architecture, including 2+ years specifically with generative AI and agentic architectures in production.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Hands-on expertise with LangGraph for stateful, cyclic, multi-agent workflows.
• Hands-on experience with LangFuse for tracing, evaluation, and prompt management.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with cloud AI deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and RAG architectures.
