What you will do

• Lead the development of positioning, value propositions, and messaging to articulate differentiated solution value.
• Create high-impact product and solution content including sales collateral, web copy, and product demo scripts.
• Define buyer-centric go-to-market strategies and persona prioritization.
• Conduct customer and market research to embed insights into programs and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement to equip customer-facing teams on buyer needs and solution value.
• Optimize digital content using SEO best practices to drive organic performance.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant working experience.
• 3+ years of B2B software content marketing experience for mid-market and enterprise businesses.
• Experience with risk management in finance, compliance, and/or procurement.
• Proven ability to write and proof SEO-optimized content across multiple formats.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Must be able to work on-site in Jacksonville, Florida.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree.
• Experience in self-publishing website content using Adobe Experience Manager.
