What you will do

• Define and execute the global cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives and industry standards.
• Lead security governance, incident response, and risk management initiatives in collaboration with IT, Legal, and HR.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership to drive security improvements across the organization.
• Oversee security architecture, including cloud environments, identity and access management (IAM), and endpoint protection.
• Manage, mentor, and grow the cybersecurity team.
• Establish roadmaps to integrate security initiatives smoothly with ongoing live productions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in information security.
• 4+ years in a leadership or director-level role managing teams and complex initiatives.
• Proven experience defining cybersecurity governance, strategy, and risk frameworks.
• Solid understanding of cloud security, IAM, and third-party risk management.
• Bilingualism in French and English is required.
