TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead and develop the IAM team, establishing a multi-year roadmap to manage threats and risks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and corporate systems to ensure high business impact.
  • Balance short- and long-term risk management strategies to protect patients and employees.
  • Attract, hire, and coach world-class security engineers and managers.
  • Set aggressive goals and remove roadblocks to ensure team execution and excellence.

Requirements

  • BS or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience designing, building, or operating data protection services.
  • 7+ years of experience leading highly complex technical security teams.
  • Work authorization and residency in the United States (implied by 401k and US-based benefits).
  • In-depth knowledge of authentication protocols, authorization mechanisms, and directory services.

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of health-tech systems, such as Electronic Health Records (EHR) and clinical data.
  • Experience with Okta, Auth0, AWS, Azure, or Google Workspace.
  • Proven ability to deliver multi-year visions with incremental quarterly deliverables.
