What you will do

• Set and drive the strategy for Infrastructure Security across cloud, identity, and AI systems.
• Define clear goals and metrics to track progress and inform strategic decision-making.
• Scale and improve cloud security, access management, and container security.
• Lead and develop a team of security engineers, supporting their professional growth.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to embed security into the design and build process from the start.
• Define security frameworks for AI and automated systems, including resource access, policy enforcement, and risk management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in security engineering.
• 5+ years of experience leading security teams and owning meaningful programs.
• Deep technical expertise in AWS and Kubernetes.
• Proven experience building privileged access and zero-trust programs.
• Expertise in network segmentation and WAF at scale.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
