What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for payment issues, including lending, account takeovers, and debt collection.
- Assist Pros with account security and provide best practices for account protection.
- Interpret and reconcile merchant services account ledgers.
- Handle chargeback prevention, mitigation, and evidence submission.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify and solve technical errors.
- Work with the Risk team to monitor high-risk accounts and transactions.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in full-time customer support, account management, or sales.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.
- Experience with Stripe or other merchant service providers.
- Experience using AI tools to increase work quality and efficiency.
- Must be based in Mexico
Nice to have
- Technical support experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
