What you will do

  • Provide friendly, timely, and accurate support via email, phone, screen shares, and tickets.
  • Educate and guide customers through troubleshooting and solution best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve documentation and create helpful customer resources.
  • Identify, document, and escalate software issues to specialized technical teams.
  • Work across departments to proactively improve the overall customer experience.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment, handling multiple responsibilities to support growth.

Requirements

  • Must be residing in Mexico
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter mindset.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, especially via email.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized.
  • Experience working remotely and collaborating across distributed teams.
  • Tech-savvy approach with a curiosity for learning new tools.
