What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of design professionals, conducting performance reviews and fostering a high-performing culture.
• Serve as the primary design contact for clients, translating business needs into functional and innovative workplace solutions.
• Oversee all design phases to ensure deliverables are safe, functional, and compliant with IBC and ADA requirements.
• Manage Revit templates, rendering workflows via Enscape, and champion the adoption of productivity plugins like DiRoots.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across a diverse portfolio of projects.
• Partner cross-functionally with project management, facilities, and construction teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a CIDA or NAAB accredited institution.
• 10+ years of professional design experience, including 5+ years of direct experience managing design teams.
• 7+ years of professional Revit experience.
• Strong proficiency in architectural drawings, space planning, and design concept development.
• Working knowledge of IBC and ADA requirements for code compliance review.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software like Enscape.

Nice to have

• Professional licensure (RA or NCIDQ).
• Familiarity with Revit productivity plugins such as DiRoots.
