Project Manager (Materials Testing)

What you will do

• Perform contract reviews and create work orders using LIMS software.
• Coordinate test specimen distribution between labs and the machine shop.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and lab personnel from sample receipt to reporting.
• Develop project plans, including goals, tasks, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and the critical path.
• Oversee project closeout and conduct post-project evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in project management or a related role.
• U.S. Person status required (ITAR compliance).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing budgets and resource allocation.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.

Nice to have

• PMP or other project management certification.
