Salary: $138,000 - $172,000 USD

What you will do

  • Develop and own the global strategy for digital site operations and scalable deployment frameworks.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of technical components for new site openings, expansions, and relocations.
  • Manage regional execution teams and vendor partnerships to ensure high-quality global deployments.
  • Establish repeatable deployment models, runbooks, and operational handoff requirements.
  • Oversee budgets for hardware, services, and contractor resources for infrastructure deployment.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, PMO, and Real Estate to align site roadmaps with business growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience in infrastructure or site operations.
  • Must be based in the US or Canada.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems without clear precedent.
  • Strong expertise in network, compute, storage, and cloud connectivity.
  • Experience in global program oversight and resource scaling.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
