What you will do
- Train and coach rental locations on integrating into check-in/out and damage documentation processes.
- Consult on operational improvements and revenue opportunities to consistently deliver and communicate ROI.
- Build long-term relationships with franchise owners, general managers, and on-site leaders.
- Analyze site and portfolio performance using data to drive adoption and behavior change.
- Manage a book of business spanning multiple franchise groups, prioritizing travel based on impact and risk.
- Collaborate with Sales, Ops, and Product teams to advocate for customer needs and improve the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally in SaaS, automotive, or mobility.
- 3+ years of experience in the automotive or car rental space with exposure to daily operations.
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of accounts and strategic stakeholders.
- Strong consultative mindset and ability to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Willingness to travel up to ~60% to customer sites.
- Technical aptitude with software platforms, analytics dashboards, and CRM tools.
