Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL. Willingness to travel up to ~60% to visit customer sites is required.

Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 per year

What you will do

  • Train and coach rental locations on integrating hirify.global into check-in/out and damage documentation processes.
  • Consult on operational improvements and revenue opportunities to consistently deliver and communicate ROI.
  • Build long-term relationships with franchise owners, general managers, and on-site leaders.
  • Analyze site and portfolio performance using data to drive adoption and behavior change.
  • Manage a book of business spanning multiple franchise groups, prioritizing travel based on impact and risk.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Ops, and Product teams to advocate for customer needs and improve the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally in SaaS, automotive, or mobility.
  • 3+ years of experience in the automotive or car rental space with exposure to daily operations.
  • Proven experience managing a portfolio of accounts and strategic stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative mindset and ability to provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Willingness to travel up to ~60% to customer sites.
  • Technical aptitude with software platforms, analytics dashboards, and CRM tools.
