What you will do
- Establish and mature the Cybersecurity Program Management Office (PMO), defining its charter, governance model, and operating cadence.
- Standardize delivery methodologies across the practice, harmonizing waterfall, agile, and hybrid approaches.
- Develop and implement playbooks, SOPs, and portfolio-level KPIs/OKRs for real-time visibility into delivery performance.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale cybersecurity programs spanning architecture, operations, and compliance.
- Manage program scope, budget, risk, and quality for multi-year engagements with national security implications.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including security architects, red teamers, and DevSecOps engineers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience managing cybersecurity programs or large technical delivery portfolios.
- Demonstrated experience standing up or maturing a PMO within consulting, defense, or technology services.
- Eligibility for Government of Canada security clearance (Secret or higher).
- Deep working knowledge of cybersecurity domains: SecOps, cloud security, identity, OT/ICS, or threat intelligence.
- Proficiency in cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, ITSG-33, or CMMC.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
Nice to have
- Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GSLC.
- Bilingualism in English and French.
- Familiarity with maturity models like P3M3, CMMI-SVC, or OPM3.
