Salary: $165,000 — $206,000 USD

What you will do

• Own global macOS and iOS fleet management using Jamf Pro for enrollment, configuration, and application deployment.
• Support Windows and Linux endpoints to ensure a consistent security posture across all OS types.
• Administer open-source tools like Munki and Santa and evaluate FleetDM for enhanced fleet visibility.
• Ensure endpoints meet NIST, CIS, and STIG standards in partnership with Security teams.
• Apply an IaC mindset using Terraform, Ansible, or Jamf API to build scalable CI/CD pipelines for deployments.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation support and act as a primary feedback loop for internal product engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of endpoint engineering experience focusing on Apple platforms at enterprise scale.
• Deep expertise in Jamf Pro and a strong understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency in scripting using Bash, Python, Go, or Swift.
• Experience with Git, GitHub Actions, and Terraform.
• Knowledge of SAML, OIDC, and platform-specific hardening (e.g., BitLocker, FileVault, LUKS).
• Must be a U.S. Person (Citizen, National, Lawful Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee).

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with FleetDM or osquery for multi-OS visibility.
• Experience with Autopkg pipelines or AWS Lambda for endpoint automation.
• Background in Federal compliance (FedRAMP).
• Certifications from Apple, hirify.global, Microsoft, AWS, or Jamf.
