What you will do

• Create, build out, and implement a comprehensive quality system and documentation from the ground up.
• Identify and develop Quality KPIs and tracking methods for manufacturing processes.
• Define and execute test plans and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) for new equipment.
• Develop validation processes and PFMEA control plans for equipment quality verification and start-up.
• Lead root cause analysis for manufacturing defects and manage affected product containment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in QA, Manufacturing, or Quality Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Root Cause Analysis methods.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Reno, NV.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• SMT production experience.
• Experience with Automated Test Equipment and Equipment Calibration.
