Location: Hybrid or Remote within Great Britain and Ireland (Base office in Antrim, Northern Ireland)

Salary: £34,300 per annum + £1,500 bonus

What you will do

• Deliver the induction programme for new recruits in a dynamic and engaging manner.
• Provide on-the-job training and regular refresher sessions for the Advanced Solutions team.
• Conduct structured one-to-one coaching to improve consultative selling capabilities and sales performance.
• Partner with the L&D Business Partner to update and version-control training materials.
• Analyze telematics products and competitor market trends to embed knowledge within the team.
• Liaise with Sales Managers and the Fleet Sales Director to set and review training objectives.

Requirements

• Experience working in an office environment is essential, preferably with B2B sales experience.
• Proven communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and remain resilient under pressure.
• Target-conscious and results-driven mindset.
• Must be able to travel as required to support training needs across the business.
