Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

What you will do
- Manage assigned caseloads to ensure all stages of the End-Point Assessment journey are completed timely and to standard.
- Deliver unbiased assessments for Apprentices and Employers across Early Years Practitioner Level 2, Educator Level 3, and Lead Practitioner Level 5.
- Produce accurate written reports and feedback to validate assessment decisions using regulatory paperwork.
- Perform internal quality assurance (IQA) tasks and support moderation and standardisation activities.
- Provide training and support to freelance associate assessors and external customers.
- Maintain continuous professional development (CPD) relevant to assessment and industry practices.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK with access to own transport and willingness to travel to the Southern region.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Child Care provision (including within the last 3 years).
- Hold a relevant Assessor qualification (D32/33, A1, TAQA equivalent) or EPA qualification.
- Clear and current DBS check is required.
- Functional Skills Level 2 in English and maths (or equivalent).
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages and remote assessment tools.
Nice to have
- Internal Quality Assurer Qualification (D34, V1).
- Previous experience in End-Point Assessment delivery.
- 2 years of experience working within schools or experience as a Teaching Assistant.
- Ability to assess Children, Young People and Families Practitioner (Level 4 qualification).
