What you will do

• Provide technical support for Fleet Technical Management services in compliance with airworthiness and regulatory requirements.
• Create and manage short- and long-term maintenance plans, including work packages for line and base maintenance.
• Monitor aircraft utilization and schedule maintenance accordingly.
• Ensure maintenance data is accurately entered and tracked within maintenance information systems (MIS).
• Support the development and optimization of Aircraft Maintenance Programmes (AMP).
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of technical aviation experience within an airline CAMO, independent CAMO, manufacturer technical services, or MRO.
• Strong knowledge of CAMO planning and/or Part-145 production planning procedures.
• Working proficiency in English.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Airbus and/or Boeing aircraft fleets.
• Knowledge of EASA and FAA regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of MPD, AMP, MSG-3, and maintenance philosophies like equalized maintenance.
• Experience with MIS tools such as AMOS, TRAX, eMRO, or OASES.
