Location: Providence, Rhode Island, United States

Salary: $30.50 - $37.00 per hour (approx. $4,880 - $5,920 monthly) + $800 monthly stipend + $10,000 bonus

What you will do

• Perform all assigned maintenance and alterations in accordance with the General Maintenance Manual (GMM).
• Conduct troubleshooting, run-up, and taxi procedures to ensure fleet airworthiness.
• Accurately complete all Breeze forms and documentation for inspections and corrective actions.
• Maintain work areas in a safe and operative condition, ensuring all tools are properly accounted for.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Leadership, MOC, and other team members to notify and resolve conditions compromising airworthiness.

Requirements

• Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License (A&P).
• Authorization to work in the US.
• Valid driver’s license and passport with no travel restrictions.
• Ability to work all shifts for 24/7 operation and travel up to 20% of the time.
• Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test and TSA fingerprint-based criminal background check.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience maintaining Embraer E-Jet and/or Airbus A220 family aircraft.
• Knowledge of FAA regulations, specifically FAR part 121 operations.
• Familiarity with Maintenance Information Systems (MIS) such as TRAX.
• Degree in Aerospace, Aviation Maintenance, or Business.
