Location: Must be local to Chicago (In-person/Hybrid)

Salary: $21.68–$36.10 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive research on federal and state regulations (CFTC, SEC), case law, and industry trends.
• Assist in the initial review, redlining, and organization of commercial agreements, NDAs, and vendor contracts.
• Support the team in preparing and organizing materials for regulatory submissions and internal compliance audits.
• Maintain legal databases and tracking systems for IP filings and corporate governance documents.
• Coordinate legal strategy across different business units by attending internal meetings and recording minutes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school (1L or 2L preferred).
• Must be local to Chicago.
• Strong command of Google Workspace tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with professional integrity.
