Location: Must be able to work onsite in Alameda, CA

Salary: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour

What you will do

• Prepare drafts of documents including board meeting minutes, confidentiality, international distribution, and pricing agreements.
• Perform legal research and draft memoranda on industry-specific compliance issues and global privacy laws.
• Support corporate governance efforts and ensure compliance with securities laws.
• Maintain and adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and global quality regulations.
• Collaborate with attorneys and administrative professionals to support external departments.

Requirements

• High school diploma and 1+ years of college coursework or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Willingness and ability to work onsite in Alameda, CA.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and other standard office tools.
