Associate General Counsel (Fintech)

Associate General Counsel (Fintech): Providing legal advice and commercial law services for the hirify.global FinTech division with an accent on drafting and negotiating SaaS and vendor agreements. Focus on protecting intellectual property rights and supporting AI-related legal initiatives and governance.

Location: Hybrid in Stockholm, at least 3 days a week in-office

What you will do

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements for FinTech products, including customer, reseller, and vendor contracts.
• Protect intellectual property rights and support business growth through acquisitions and divestments.
• Provide legal guidance to management to maintain risk at the desired levels.
• Advise on AI-related initiatives, including risk assessment, governance, and contractual considerations for AI-enabled products.
• Support product development by ensuring appropriate contractual frameworks and documentation are in place.

Requirements

• Master of law degree.
• At least 4 years of proven experience within a law firm or international corporation.
• Expertise in commercial contracts, specifically SaaS, sales, and vendor agreements.
• Experience advising on AI-related legal issues and emerging technologies.
• Experience using Agentic Support to improve the efficiency of legal work.
• Proficiency in English and Swedish (written and spoken).
