What you will do

• Support second-line oversight of Fair Lending risk across the full credit lifecycle.
• Partner with Product, Credit, Machine Learning, and Engineering to embed Fair Lending considerations into product design and model development.
• Own and evolve key components of the Fair Lending Program, including governance, risk assessments, and testing frameworks.
• Provide actionable guidance on complex regulatory expectations, specifically ECOA/Reg B and UDAAP.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure transparency and compliance risk alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in compliance, audit, or regulatory roles within financial services.
• Specific experience supporting Fair and Responsible Lending programs and regulations (e.g., ECOA/Reg B, UDAAP).
• Strong understanding of Fair Lending Compliance Management Systems (CMS).
• Experience partnering with technical teams to evaluate and mitigate risk in ML models and decision systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
