What you will do

• Manage an assigned accounts receivable portfolio to identify overdue payments and delinquent accounts.
• Own the end-to-end collection process, including follow-ups and accurate recording of collection activities.
• Investigate and resolve customer disputes efficiently to reduce risk and maintain professional relationships.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide analysis and commentary on outstanding balances impacting bad debt provisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in an Accounts Receivable or Collections role, preferably in gaming or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365.
• Experience with collection tools such as GetPaid or ServiceNow.
• Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
