What you will do

• Support month-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses.
• Ensure accounting treatment of revenue and cost of revenue aligns with US GAAP.
• Identify, design, and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within accounting.
• Leverage tools such as Excel, Alteryx, and AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable business insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen financial data and drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 1+ years of professional experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and journal entry preparation.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and manipulation.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Demonstrated interest in automation, AI, and workflow optimization.

Nice to have

• Experience in the casino industry.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Alteryx.
• Exposure to building or leveraging AI tools or agents.
