What you will do

• Monitor, maintain, and improve media workflows across live and post-production.
• Provide first-line technical support for virtual production tools and commentary booths.
• Set up and support edit production suites for live edits, voiceovers, and commentary.
• Manage ingest, archiving, and delivery of digital media assets.
• Coordinate commentary teams and ensure quality control of digital media and broadcast deliverables.
• Collaborate with global teams and third-party vendors to support multi-region productions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal
• Experience in post-production or media services environment.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, cloud-based MAM systems, and media workflows.
• Strong understanding of video file formats, codecs, and digital asset management.
• Familiarity with IP/SDI routing and monitoring in PCR/MCR environments.
• Interest or experience in live sports and live event support.
