What you will do

• Manage product ownership from pre-silicon through production launch and industrialization phases.
• Collaborate with test and design leads to ensure product compliance and consistent production test coverage.
• Own product characterization efforts and data analysis to establish optimal limits for Automatic Test Equipment (ATE).
• Drive failure analysis and diagnosis of qualification issues, yield issues, and customer returns.
• Coordinate volume ramp-up in collaboration with manufacturing teams to ensure success.
• Prepare training for sustaining engineers to maintain required quality and cost during daily production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Grads from Dec 2025 to May 2026 considered).
• Up to 2 years of work experience, including internships.
• Experience with ATE - Teradyne Ultraflex.
• Strong statistical analysis and project management skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Austin (Oakhill) office.
