What you will do

• Support the full design and development cycle of assigned projects from initial concept to production.
• Conduct problem solving and failure analysis using advanced engineering analysis tools.
• Develop capable and cost-effective manufacturing and assembly processes concurrent with product design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Quality Assurance, and Purchasing to meet customer specifications.
• Participate in Design Reviews and implement DFM/DFA principles for new products.
• Prepare and present technical data for project updates and stakeholder presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Experience with 3D modeling software.
• Knowledge of FEA, FMEA, DOE, and DFMA.
• Understanding of fluid, mechanical, and thermal engineering principles.
• Proficiency in GD&T and assembly tolerance stack-up analysis.
• Ability to travel up to approximately 10% of the time both domestically and internationally.
