What you will do
- Advance production machine-learning systems and applications.
- Conceptualize, experiment with, and assess AI/ML-based software systems.
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, production-ready code.
- Provide technical leadership by managing cross-team projects.
- Create libraries and frameworks that underpin reliable and testable systems.
- Represent the firm at conferences and within open-source communities.
Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, ML, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or Quantitative Finance.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional industry experience.
- Extensive experience in software development for quantitative investment workflows in equities, fixed income, or multi-asset strategies.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, or Java.
- Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland
