Senior AI Software Engineer

Location: Kraków, Poland

A media business creating print, digital, audio, broadcasting, podcast, and entertainment content across Europe.

What you will do

• Develop and deploy AI-powered solutions for NLP, recommendations, content analysis, and other media use cases.
• Integrate and extend cloud-native AI services across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Train, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning models for production use.
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of AI models and services.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for large-scale processing.
• Apply MLOps and DevOps practices using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience delivering AI/ML models into production.
• Strong Python and JavaScript skills; Go is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services; AWS and GCP exposure is preferred.
• Knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with MLOps, DevOps workflows, and data engineering.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
