Senior Data Scientist (AI)

Location: Poland; fully remote work is available from Poland, with office options in Warsaw and Bydgoszcz and coworking spaces in Poznań, Łódź, Wrocław, and Gdańsk.

What you will do

• Explore, clean, and analyze datasets to identify patterns and generate business insights.
• Build classical and non-linear machine learning models, including regression, XGBoost, LightGBM, and CatBoost.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, predictive modeling, and time-series analysis.
• Create clear visualizations and dashboards that support business decisions.
• Deliver end-to-end data science solutions and communicate recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
• Contribute to AI projects such as multimodal LLM training, AI voicebots, edge AI, and generative AI solutions.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in data science and delivering end-to-end data-driven solutions.
• Strong knowledge of classical machine learning, predictive modeling, feature selection, time-series methods, and non-linear models.
• Fluent Python programming with NumPy, pandas, and scikit-learn.
• Ability to manage and analyze data using SQL.
• Experience creating visualizations with matplotlib, seaborn, or plotly.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.

Nice to have

• Experience with data engineering, AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Dash.
• Experience with NLP, LLMs, or generative AI.
