What you will do

• Lead multi-discipline teams of engineers and technicians on high-profile municipal coastal projects.
• Manage the design and permitting of waterfront developments, including piers, terminals, and marinas.
• Supervise, mentor, and manage performance of engineering staff.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements.
• Prepare complex engineering calculations and deliverables following standard methods.
• Interface with clients to identify interests, resolve concerns, and support business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 11 years of related work experience.
• Active engineering registration or licensure (PE license) to support Engineer of Record (EOR) requirements.
• High proficiency in marine, port, and coastal engineering principles and design-build practices.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
