What you will do

• Write concise, well-tested, and documented code adhering to best practices.
• Optimize software for quality, performance, scalability, efficiency, and security via testing, refactoring, and monitoring.
• Design and build concurrent and asynchronous solutions with operability in mind.
• Analyze problems and deliver practical solutions aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, SREs, and engineers across levels and geographies.
• Champion simplicity, reliability, scalability, and use observability to optimize resources; address technical debt proactively.

Requirements

• 8–10 years experience designing and building scalable, data-driven applications and distributed systems.
• Proven experience with service-based and tiered web applications.
• Strong background in secure software development for financial systems.
• Hands-on with full-stack technologies: .NET/C#, RESTful APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, SQL Server, Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in backend languages (C#, Node.js, Java, TypeScript); concurrency/async programming; relational DBs (SQL Server/PostgreSQL).
• Knowledge of HTTP, networking, cloud platforms (Azure, AKS, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent.
