Senior Software Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design and maintain high-performance, reusable fullstack solutions for financial process automation.
• Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end technical solutions in an Agile/Lean environment.
• Own technical software design and provide accurate estimates for complex work packages.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and continuous delivery processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet requirements and monitor solution stability.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Java and Spring/Spring Boot.
• Extensive hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
• Proven experience with event-driven architecture, microservices, and brokers like Apache Kafka or Pulsar.
• Experience with Kubernetes and public cloud providers (preferably Azure).
• Proficiency with test automation tools, specifically Cypress.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Axon framework.
• Domain expertise in Fintech or other regulated industries.
• Development experience with Angular.
