What you will do

• Serve as a technical lead for a team of software engineers, balancing coding (70%) and mentoring (30%).
• Architect and implement modern React applications and reusable component systems using TypeScript.
• Develop and maintain backend services using C#/.NET, REST, and GraphQL APIs.
• Contribute to the evolution of microservices architecture, focusing on service decomposition and communication patterns.
• Optimize platform performance using logging, metrics, and telemetry for observability.
• Partner with Product and Design to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
• 5+ years of hands-on C# (.NET) backend development.
• Strong proficiency with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience building and operating microservices in production environments.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS and cloud-native architectures.
• Background in legal technology or other regulated industries.
• Experience with internationalization (i18n).
