Salary: $240,000 - $290,000 a year

What you will do

• Define and maintain architectural blueprints for the Epic platform, including ODBA, Hyperspace, and Cogito stack.
• Advise healthcare organizations on architectural design and configuration to ensure 24/7 operational reliability.
• Design and implement mission-critical, enterprise-grade technical solutions for clients.
• Lead large-scale environment migrations, including hardware refreshes, data center moves, and cloud migrations.
• Create technical roadmaps, innovation plans, and high-quality documentation for senior leadership.
• Mentor and coach engineering team members, managing their professional development and career plans.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 10+ years of Enterprise IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience specifically focused on the Epic platform within large, multi-facility health systems.
• Deep understanding of Epic Cogito suite, Bridges, HL7, and FHIR standards.
• Proven experience in performing large-scale environment migrations.
• Strong consulting acumen and ability to develop technical solutions in front of customers.

Nice to have

• Epic Certifications.
• Knowledge of cloud-native application design, DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD pipelines.
