TL;DR
G+A Recruiter (HR/Recruiting): Handling full-cycle talent acquisition for General and Administrative roles with an accent on sourcing and interview design. Focus on building high-quality teams for Accounting, Legal, and People functions within a fast-paced AI startup environment.
Location: Must be based in New York City (Hybrid, 4-5 days per week in office)
Compensation: $140K – $180K + Equity

What you will do
- Lead high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for G+A roles including Accounting, Legal, and Recruiting.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define the ideal candidate profiles and strategic team goals.
- Execute aggressive sourcing strategies using and other modern talent tools.
- Design and optimize effective interview processes to improve quality of hire.
- Manage the entire candidate journey to ensure a seamless and delightful experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of business or G+A recruiting experience.
- Must be located in NYC and available for in-person office work 4-5 days per week.
- Strongly preferred: 2+ years of experience in-house or within early-stage startups.
- Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
- Proven ability to identify and attract talent that thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
