Salary: £90,000 – £113,000

hirify.global provides cloud infrastructure and tools, including Next.js and AI SDK, to help developers build and scale high-performance applications for the AI-native web.

What you will do

  • Build and execute the field marketing strategy for the EMEA region to drive qualified leads and regional revenue targets.
  • Design and manage high-touch, memorable experiences and events for founders and technical decision-makers.
  • Nurture relationships within the global startup and venture capital (VC) community to position hirify.global as the preferred infrastructure.
  • Architect full-funnel ABM playbooks targeting high-value accounts in collaboration with Sales.
  • Analyze program data to continuously test and refine tactics to accelerate the buyer's journey from awareness to decision.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Developer Experience teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing and Demand Generation, with hands-on ABM strategy execution.
  • Experience marketing to engineering audiences or working within the AI, devtools, or cloud computing industries.
  • Deep understanding of early-stage founder culture and international startup ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with a high-agency, builder mindset.
  • Ability to travel globally (approximately 30%) to support field activities.
  • Must be based in London, UK.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to developer communities or managing technical content programs.
  • Existing relationships within the regional venture and startup ecosystem.
  • Background working in both high-growth startups and large-scale enterprise organizations.
