What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of AI deployments from scoping to production.
• Design solution architectures, develop decision logic, and deploy Generative AI agents.
• Scope work, sequence delivery, remove blockers, and balance trade-offs for timely impact.
• Partner with product team to translate customer needs into roadmap insights.
• Build reusable tools and best practices to scale the forward deployed engineering function.

Requirements

• 2+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience with customer-facing work
• Strong background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science
• Production-grade Python, SQL, and REST API design/integrations
• Ability to break down complex problems and make decisions under pressure
• Collaborative with technical and business stakeholders, customer-centric mindset
• Open to hybrid model and work from NYC office 3+ days per week

Nice to have

• 1+ years as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solution Engineer, or similar in B2B SaaS
• Experience building AI applications in financial services
• Applying statistical/ML models to business problems
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
