What you will do

• Own the multi-year strategy for Repository Security and Governance, evolving primitives into a unified, programmable policy layer.
• Define how repository governance adapts to agentic workflows where AI agents operate alongside humans.
• Translate enterprise customer signals and usage telemetry into a defensible investment thesis and product roadmap.
• Architect the composition of governance across hirify.global Platform, Actions, Advanced Security, and Copilot.
• Define adoption strategies, success metrics, and the external narrative for repository governance capabilities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product, program management, or software development (or 6+ years with a Bachelor's degree).
• Direct experience with enterprise security, compliance, or governance products (RBAC, audit logging, supply chain security) at scale.
• Proven track record of owning platform/infrastructure products and navigating trade-offs with VP/C-level stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product management.
• Familiarity with Git-based repository workflows and branch strategies.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Security, Finance, and Customer Success.
