Technical Product Manager (Enterprise AI)

Technical Product Manager (Enterprise): Own the enterprise trust layer of AI agent platform with an accent on access controls (SSO, SAML, RBAC), auditability (access logs, compliance reporting), and infrastructure isolation (private cloud, VPC, data residency). Focus on shaping product roadmap, participating in security reviews with enterprise customers, and shipping features that enable large-scale AI deployments.

Location: Sydney, Australia (Hybrid - 3 days per week in office required)

What you will do

• Own enterprise trust features including access controls, auditability, and infrastructure isolation to address security reviews.
• Participate in customer security reviews and implementation cycles to deeply understand technical environments and shape the roadmap.
• Drive product strategy, specifications, and roadmap for enterprise segment, balancing innovation and stability.
• Set standards for product quality and reliability across engineering, design, and delivery.
• Translate technical architecture into clear communication for internal teams and enterprise stakeholders like CISOs.

Requirements

• 5+ years as product manager shipping enterprise features on cloud products (SSO, RBAC, audit logging)
• Engineering or DevOps background for credible technical influence
• Deep knowledge of enterprise security: SAML, SSO, RBAC, encryption, private cloud, SOC 2, ISO 27001
• Experience in security reviews with CISOs, addressing data residency and isolation
• Ability to navigate enterprise sales and implementation cycles with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excitement about AI agents reshaping enterprise operations
